Service Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an integral part of our operations, you will oversee client intake processes and ensure smooth coordination between departments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and is structured as a contract to permanent position.
Responsibilities :
- Manage client intake procedures and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of services to meet client needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with teams to generate quotes and process billing accurately.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to organize and retrieve client data.
- Coordinate with production environments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain and organize microfilm records as part of the documentation process.
- Monitor workflow and identify areas for process improvement.
- Track and report on service metrics to ensure operational goals are met.
Requirements :
Proven experience in client intake and coordination roles.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and related technologies.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience with scheduling, dispatching, and billing processes.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
