Location : Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type : Full Time | Hourly Range : $17 - $18 | Schedule : Sundays OFF with another day during the week

As a Service Receptionist, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos . You’re a critical point of contact, primarily for our Service Department guests, and your communication is critical in creating a super experience. You will handle all incoming profit center call for the service department.

What You’ll Do :

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service department
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming visits
• Maintain the waiting area and ensure it's clean and inviting
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, delays, or updates
• Assist service advisors with paperwork, repair orders, and other administrative tasks
• Process payments and handle invoice questions
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
