A company is looking for a Help Desk Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
Address and resolve network, device, and equipment issues effectively
Assess and manage Tier I support tickets, escalating to Tier III as necessary
Conduct remote troubleshooting for network-related problems
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in network and wireless troubleshooting
More than 2 years of customer service experience
Over 1 year of technical support experience
Familiarity with Ruckus, Juniper, and Cambium Access Points
