About the Role

The Head of Capital Formation will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the firms fundraising efforts within the digital-assets and blockchain sphere, cultivating and maintaining a strong pipeline of institutional investor prospects through strategic outreach and relationship-building. You will oversee the investor relations team, ensuring high-quality engagement, reporting, and support for both current and prospective investors. In addition, youll represent the firm externally, enhance brand visibility and credibility through targeted initiatives and events, collaborate across internal teams to optimize investor onboarding and engagement processes, maintain detailed CRM-based tracking of investor interactions, and analyze market trends and investor behavior to inform capital-formation strategies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in business development, investor relations, or a related role, with demonstrated success in converting investor interest into committed capital. You should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, an established network of institutional investors or industry contacts, and a self-driven, results-oriented mindset. A solid working knowledge of crypto markets and blockchain fundamentals is required, and willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international) is expected. A Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or a related field is required; experience in a regulated fund environment is a strong plus.
