This firm is known for its strong culture, excellent client base, and long-term stability.

This is a partner-track or lateral opportunity (depending on experience) for someone passionate about working with high-net-worth clients and guiding complex planning matters.

Position Highlights

• Location : Phoenix or Tucson, AZ (office-based with flexibility)
• Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
• Specialty : Significant experience preparing and filing Form 706 (Estate Tax) and 709 (Gift Tax) returns
• Practice Focus :
• Drafting wills, trusts, POAs, and related planning docs
• Advanced planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Business succession planning experience preferred
