Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning and restoration services.

Responsibilities include :

• Effectively perform carpet & floor cleaning and restoration services.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician's daily log.
• Complete work orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.

The starting pay will be $20 to $25 hourly depending on experience. However, there will be many opportunities for bonuses and merit increases now and as the company grows.
