Human Resources Administrator

Our client is a biotechnology company that offers products such as antibodies, heterophilic blocking reagents, controls, plasma and serum. They also provide contract manufacturing and antibody development. Their goal is to ensure patients receive the most accurate test results for the most accurate treatment.

Description

  • Location : East County San Diego
  • Pay Rate : $24-$26 / hr.
  • Direct Hire Permanent Position
  • Shift Hours : 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
  • Administer employee benefit plans
  • Assist with Employee Policy Manual and Employee Handbook updates
  • Maintain company accident log
  • Send and track employee reviews
  • Conduct new hire orientations for regular and temporary employees
  • Compile data for Executive Management
  • Coordinate writing and maintenance of all job descriptions
  • Reconcile monthly insurance premiums for payment
  • Plan and coordinate employee meetings and events
  • Administer company Wellness Program
  • Back up support to the payroll department as needed

    • Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting Human Resources
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Must always maintain strict confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
