Senior Data Scientist

Analytica is seeking a Senior  Data Scientist to remotely support a high-profile financial regulatory client with analytical expertise across all stages of the data science lifecycle. Serve as a technical lead in broadening our clients analytics as a service offerings to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include :

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for user communities, stakeholders, and project staff related to analytic services
• Support the project manager in executing the quality management program, e.g.peer reviews, issue escalation, quality assurance, validation and verification of migrations, etc.
• Coordinate and maintain user stories.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors of off-the-shelf analytic applications, as well as represent the open source analytics community (Python / Spark, R, etc.) and their associated notebook / integrated development environment capabilities
• Develop and deliver internal analytics required to support cost estimation and forecasts, performance metrics, data management scripts, etc.
