Develop BRDs and FRDs to capture system requirements and ensure they align with stakeholder needs. Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax to facilitate behavior-driven development (BDD). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-level designs (HLDs), ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. Manage and track requirements and tasks using Jira, facilitating communication and progress within the team. Conduct system and data analysis using SQL for reporting and validation. Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on business goals and system capabilities. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in the banking industry, ideally in payments and merchant services. Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management. Strong background in Cucumber and Gherkin for writing behavior-driven acceptance criteria. Familiarity with SQL for querying databases to support data analysis and troubleshooting. Demonstrated experience in creating user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and HLDs. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a proven ability to work in agile environments. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the payments and merchant services sectors. Experience with quality assurance and testing in a BDD framework. Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and transformation.
