Information Technology Process Manager

This role ensures standardization and compliance across IT product design, development, testing, implementation, security, and operations for the Customer Systems & Innovations portfolio. It also supports regulatory documentation and audits (FDA, ISO, HITRUST).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on IT governance, security, and QA policies to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Oversee compliance with product design and development processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as SME for audits and quality systems (FDA, ISO, MDSAP, HITRUST).
• Own and manage tools like Jira, Confluence, and qTest; ensure upgrades and workflow standardization.
• Define KPIs and metrics for design, development, and testing processes.
• Drive process improvements and manage change across teams.
• Partner with PMO for alignment and efficiency.
• Lead security compliance efforts for HITRUST-certified systems.
