Contract Duration : 24 Months

We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience in building and integrating Conversational AI and Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . You will work on implementing agentic AI systems , multi-agent orchestration , and real-time event-driven architectures that power intelligent conversational experiences for enterprise and regulated industry use cases.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on development and wants to grow expertise in advanced GenAI, orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering, software development, or cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Conversational AI.
• Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with GCP services – Vertex AI, BigTable, Pub / Sub, AlloyDB, Cloud Functions.
• Experience with MLOps pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Basic understanding of hallucination control, RAG, and guardrail mechanisms.
• Strong coding skills in Python (Go or Java is a plus).
• Good understanding of Responsible AI and data governance concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
