UX Principal

Principal UX Strategist

A Fortune 50 retail client is looking for a Principal UX Strategist to join their team. This position involves collaborating with multiple teams to create a project roadmap for an enterprise-wide initiative around pricing. The role requires meeting with stakeholders from marketing, online, product, and development teams to understand the space and create a roadmap for the customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for combining three different workstreams and creating a cohesive strategy that incorporates them all. This role is heavily focused on concepting, requiring a quick results-oriented person who can provide rapid prototypes to present to stakeholders. This year will involve experimenting with different concepts, and next year will see these concepts put into production. The person needs to be a strong communicator, comfortable working with competing requirements, advocating for UX concepts, and a strong presenter. Experience working in an enterprise-level environment overseeing multiple spaces at once is required. The candidate is expected to be able to digest research and create designs from that research.

Compensation : $60 / hr to $65 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
