Accounting Specialist to perform Accounting and Administrative tasks. Individual will be responsible for assisting Accounting Manager with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations. This role will also be responsible for all Fleet / Transportation ensuring DMV Tag renewals and insurance. Responsible for rental properties (collect and manage checks) both residential and commercial. Individual must be available to run necessary errands to DMV, Vendors, Bank; must be open to wearing multiple hats and multi-task and high attention to detail. Individual must have QuickBooks knowledge as well as intermediate Excel skills. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
