Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country's most challenging technical problems. Riverside Research is seeking dynamic, strategic, operational, and growth focused Project Managers focused on providing innovative solutions to the Defense and Intelligence Communities for our Beavercreek office. The ideal candidates will have a sharp business mind, be an excellent leader, have technical credentials and the proven ability to manage technical staff to produce cutting edge solutions. Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Collaborate with the government customer and technical leads to develop long-term strategies and prioritize near-term tasking
• Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the intelligence community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
• Execute with minimal oversight program management duties that include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, tracking and projecting program spending, preparing status reports / briefs, and ensuring program status is communicated to all stakeholders
• Work closely with the customer, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and schedule
• Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities for assigned programs
• Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet schedule, quality, and customer goals
• Identify and capture new growth opportunities to expand business portfolio and technical offerings
• Other duties as assigned

Global Comp : $101,800- $170,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
