Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.

Position Highlights :

• Outpatient clinic : M-F schedule with no weekends
• 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
• Limited shared call (phone consult only)
• Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support
• Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
