Position Description

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations at this 73 unit apartment community.

Continuously provide excellent customer service and maintain positive and productive relationships with prospective and current residents.

Tour prospective tenants and successfully meet and exceed leasing benchmarks.

Develop and oversee the business plan for the community, including high retention rates, 0% delinquency, maintaining budgets, developing marketing plans, and much more.

Monitor rent collections.

Effectively communicate with maintenance team members to ensure that both management and operations are running smoothly.

Foster a positive and teamwork-centered environment.

Qualifications

3-5 years proven track record in sales, marketing, and / or management (property management experience a plus)

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lead and motivate others

Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
