About the role

As our Sports Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian, you will assess patients’ nutritional needs, design individualized meal plans, and provide lifestyle coaching to support body composition optimization, athletic performance, weight loss, hormone balance, and long-term metabolic health. The role involves both in-person consultations (Pasadena) and virtual visits .

You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to educational content, collaborate on treatment protocols, and help shape the future of integrative, performance-based nutrition within a fast-growing longevity clinic.

What you'll do

Conduct nutrition assessments for patients undergoing hormone, peptide, and GLP-1 based therapiesCreate customized meal plans based on patient labs, body composition goals, fitness level, and medical historyProvide education on macronutrient cycling, metabolic flexibility, gut health, inflammation, and performance nutritionCollaborate with providers to integrate nutrition into broader hormone and wellness protocolsMonitor patient progress and adjust plans accordingly during follow-up consultationsOffer lifestyle coaching on sleep, hydration, nutrient timing, and supplement strategiesStay current on the latest in sports nutrition, metabolic health, peptides, and functional medicineOptional : Contribute to patient education materials, blog posts, or wellness classes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or board certification in Sports Nutrition (CSSD or similar) Strong interest or experience in hormone optimization, sports nutrition, peptide therapy, and weight loss medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using EMR and telehealth platformsPassion for personalized, root-cause, and performance-driven care

Preferred Expereience

Experience working with athletes, fitness professionals, or weight loss patients Familiarity with GLP-1 medications , body composition optimization , or functional lab interpretation Background in longevity, wellness, or performance medicine is a plus
