Office Assistant

Description

Robert Half is looking for an Office Assistant to join our client's team in Gresham, Oregon, on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication within the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure timely communication.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Provide courteous and attentive customer service to visitors and callers.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functional.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments to support efficient workflow.
• Assist with preparing reports and maintaining records for organizational needs.
• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects.
• Ensure compliance with office procedures and policies.
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned to support the office's overall operations.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
