St. Ambrose University is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to support the creative and strategic design needs of both St. Ambrose University and Mount Mercy University. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who's ready to grow; someone who loves bringing ideas to life, exploring new design trends, and using creativity to tell meaningful stories. You'll work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment where design, strategy, and purpose meet. This position could be worked in Davenport, IA or Cedar Rapids, IA (In-Person)

What You'll Do

• Design and produce engaging visual content for print and digital media, including ads, publications, signage, web assets, and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, writers, and fellow creatives to develop brand-aligned concepts that inspire action and belonging.
• Maintain brand consistency across both universities' creative materials.
• Support campaign development, production workflows, and vendor coordination.
• Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and creative technologies - including AI and motion design tools.
