Job Title : PCARD Specialist
Location : Plano, Texas (Onsite)
Position Type : Temp-to-Perm
Compensation : $55,000 – $70,000 annually, DOE
About the Role :
A nonprofit agency in Plano, Texas is seeking a detail-oriented PCARD Specialist to support its treasury and accounting operations. This role will be responsible for managing corporate credit card (AMEX) transactions, coding and reconciling entries, and preparing upload spreadsheets for the finance team. The ideal candidate has experience in treasury or corporate card programs and enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and reconcile corporate credit card (AMEX) transactions
- Review, code, and enter expenses in compliance with accounting policies
- Create and maintain upload spreadsheets for posting to the general ledger
- Support monthly reconciliations and reporting of PCARD activity
- Ensure expense documentation is complete and audit-ready
- Collaborate with staff across departments to resolve coding or documentation issues
- Assist treasury and finance teams with projects as needed
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in treasury, accounts payable, or corporate card managementHands-on experience with AMEX or similar credit card programs preferredStrong Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation and uploadsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (not required)Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work onsite with a team
