job_description.job_card.job_description9?month contract (expected to be a long?term contract) High preference for candidates already local to Denver, CO Flexible hourly rates Develop observability artifacts for SCPS, Plume and Cujo Develop the SCPS, Plume and Cujo Health Score Design and implement observability infrastructure required Maintain and support the observability infrastructure Create technical documents supporting the work completed Observability artifacts for SCPS and Plume releases will be at risk to be completed prior to deployment Slow down development on the platform Health score Slow down the development of automated observability artifacts Analyze product requirements Understand operations' definition of success Analyze architecture drawings Move, add, change existing firmware requirements Correlate firmware requirements to test cases and identify any gaps Work with dev, test, and operations engineers as well as vendor management for OEM requirements Work with change management Create Jira stories to represent any technical requirements within our development ticketing system Need to understand network engineering especially cable and internet. Network infrastructure : cable modems, routers / gateways, switches, and extenders / pods Tools : Jama, Jira / Confluence, QMetry, TestRail, PowerPoint, Lucidchart Cable / telecommunications : RDK?B (big bonus but not required), DOCSIS, OpenWRT Protocols : TR069, TR369 / USP, SNMP, TCP, UDP, TCP / IP, DHCP, IPv4, IPv6, MQTT Framework : TensorFlow / AI / ML / technical writing Mid?Senior level Contract Business Development IT Services, IT Consulting, Telecommunications
