Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to develop long-term workforce and talent plans
Champion a coaching-forward leadership culture and advise on team effectiveness
Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and identify opportunities for HR process improvement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR experience; 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role
Extensive experience within a large, complex healthcare organization
Strong track record in workforce planning and organizational design
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
