What You'll Do

Master personal performance metrics : daily goals, conversion rates, and quality outcomes.

Take ownership of team development shadowing, coaching, and managing small groups in assigned markets.

Begin managing day-to-day operations within designated territories, ensuring sales goals, compliance, and client expectations are consistently met.

Ultimately, successful trainees advance into Market Director roles, responsible for leading entire campaigns managing people, performance, and profitability across multiple locations.
