Spavia Bellevue is a boutique day spa in Nashville, Tennessee seeking full time (30+ hours) and part time LMTs offering generous incentive packages based on employment type.
We strive to provide lucrative positions and full schedules to talented therapists in a fun, professional environment. We provide a family culture centered around connection, consistency and excellence. Snacks, uniforms, paid online and on the job training are all provided. We are independently and locally owned and operated interested in hiring the right fit for our established team.
Our ideal candidates are talented and knowledgeable licensed professionals with experience and understanding of human anatomy. You’ll be responsible for working with clients in a relaxing environment, evaluating client needs, designing customized treatment plans and implementing strategies to improve client health and well being. Massage Therapists earn competitive wages per treatment with increased pay for advanced modalities and add-ons along with bonus benefits outlined below.
Benefits for Massage Therapists
Annual Bonus Package over $6,500- for full time position (which includes monthly Performance and Wellness Bonuses)
- Referral Bonus Program- $100 / recommended LMT after 90 days of their employment
CE Reimbursement- for full time employees
Free treatment- monthly
Paid Time Off- available after 90 days of employment for full time employees
Competitive Base pay per service- only expected to be at the spa when booked

Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments providing both relaxation and therapeutic treatments for our guests. Our award winning massages include signature, deep tissue, hot salt stone, sports, and maternity. We also offer enhancements including cupping, CBD and Hypervolt to increase guest results. Our guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, body wraps, waxing, lash and brow treatments, a full retail boutique and frequent in spa events.
