Position Details
Schedule : Monday to Friday - 40 hours / week
One evening a week for meal support

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in alignment with personalized treatment plans
Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure seamless care
Communicate with insurance providers for pre-certification and utilization review
Collaborate on discharge and aftercare planning
Provide therapeutic meal support that models a balanced approach to eating
Deliver safe and empathetic care tailored to each client's unique identities and experiences

Qualifications :
LCSW, LICSW, CSWA, QMHP, or LMSW required
State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field
Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is beneficial
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
