Raytheon is seeking a Senior Material Program Manager (MPM) who is a strong leader with demonstrated project management skills and will be directly accountable for ensuring overall supplier performance onsite in McKinney, Texas. You must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management, including supplier management. You will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies and plans. This MPM role will serve as the interface between Supply Chain and the Program Office / Integrated Product Team (IPT) and other various functions working on both development and production contracts.

Key responsibilities include the following :

• Use earned value management and financial management skills and participation in quarterly EACs and weekly material sales forecasting
• Drive processes to successful completion in support of a very aggressive schedule of deliveries
• Oversight of GSC proposal execution performance and reporting
• MRP support and production alignment in support of Operations execution
• Propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to insure business area and program success
• Lead a team of 1 - 3 MPMs
• Process information from multiple sources to achieve a successful outcome
• Continuous learning
• Identify / Generate material R&Os in alignment with program execution
• Responsible for Estimate at Completion (EAC's)
• Manage AOP including MFT and R&O, and program metrics across contracts

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
