We're Seeking a Visionary Who Is :

Experienced & Knowledgeable : You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living or a related field, with a strong focus on activities and program development. A Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Recreation Administration, Health Promotion, or a related field is preferred.

A Proven Program Developer : You possess a demonstrated ability to develop and manage comprehensive life enrichment programs that resonate with seniors.

An Exceptional Communicator & Leader : You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, capable of inspiring both residents and staff.

Innately Creative & Resourceful : You bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to foster engaging experiences for seniors.

Deeply Compassionate : You have a strong commitment to resident-centered care and thrive in a collaborative environment.
