Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team in the beautiful resort city of Sharm El‑Sheikh, Egypt. As the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees, guests, and contractors.

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across all areas of operation.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Design and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
• Manage emergency response planning and coordinate drills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety practices into daily operations.
• Stay updated on Egyptian labor laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance to management on health and safety matters.
• Cultivate a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
