Home Equity Mortgage Loan Closer

Key responsibilities will include performing closing calls, scheduling signing appointments, and meeting monthly productivity goals. You will also serve as the primary point of contact during the closing process. Your role will involve reviewing loan approval details, including HELOC product, rate, term, loan amount, and payoffs. The focus will be on achieving customer delight through establishing rapport, setting expectations, and executing commitments. You must meet production, quality, and service standards with an emphasis on delivering exquisite customer service. Hours are typically 8 am - 5 pm PST or 11 am EST - 8 pm EST depending on your location and business needs. This is a remote role; you must be located within 90 minutes of a local Accenture office.

Basic qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of mortgage experience with customer contact and an NMLS license required.
