About the Role
The Company is seeking a Campus Dean for its Nursing Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the nursing program, including site supervision, development, planning, coordination, organization, implementation, and evaluation of all program activities. This role involves overseeing the program budget, faculty and staff, clinical site liaison, curriculum development, and ensuring program compliance with regulatory standards. The Campus Dean will also serve as a student advocate, maintain program policies and procedures, and prepare all necessary documentation for state and board requirements. Additionally, the role includes faculty and student recruitment, maintaining educational partnerships, and actively participating in professional associations. Applicants for the Campus Dean position must have a completed MSN and DNP, with a minimum of 3 years of nursing instructor experience. A current RN license in the state of the campus is required. The ideal candidate will have a master's or higher degree from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administration, and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in nursing programs. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is a commitment to diversity and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and institutions. The role also requires experience in supervision, planning, and budget management, as well as a proven track record in building consensus and facilitating teamwork.
