Join our team as our Personal Trainer :

  • Location : BeneFitness Adaptive Gym - Surprise, AZ
  • Rate of Pay : $25 ph (National Certification required), Hourly / Non-Exempt position.
  • Available shifts : Between 7am-4pm Mon-Fri.

What will you be doing :

  • Providing engaging person-centered and directed exercise programming, which includes relationship-based, meaningful, and individualized exercise programs.
  • This includes providing fitness and wellness choices, and encouraging members to maximize their body’s ability.
  • This position receives supervision from the Director of BeneFitness.
  • This position is an essential part of the interdisciplinary team and assists with enriching the daily lives of the members.

    • What qualifications do you need :

  • High school diploma or GED certification.
  • 3 (three) years of experience that could include : working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, exercise coach.
  • Current ACE, AFAA, ISSA, NASM, ACSM Certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
  • Must have proof of negative TB test (within the last 6 months) and Level 1 Fingerprint card.
  • Must possess, or be able to obtain, current CPR, AED, First Aid, (Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain).
