Interim Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery

Job Description

Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, is currently seeking an Interim Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery for an exciting engagement in Washington State. This high-volume facility averages 550–600 deliveries per month and features a Level IV NICU, providing comprehensive care for the most complex neonatal cases.

The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 140 full-time equivalents (FTEs) and will report directly to the Senior Director of Women’s & Children’s Services. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity within a well-established and respected healthcare organization.

Requirements :

• Washington Registered Nurse License (Washington state is a compact state).
• BSN required.
• 3+years of Labor and Delivery leadership.
• BLS required issued by the American Heart Association.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $800- $825 per day ($208,000 – $214,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
