Buckle up : This role is hands-on engaging in-person with team members and employees at our locations across New England - Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire.

What You'll Do :

• Be a People Champion : You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from employee relations and investigations, employee engagement, benefit questions, and problem solving. Your mission? To create a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated. Strong knowledge in employment law is required for success in this role.
