The main function of a warehouse supervisor is to oversee warehouse employees in order to meet business objectives for assigned departments regarding safety, quality productivity, responsiveness, and more. Job responsibilities include counseling and supporting hourly employees, addressing performance behaviors, using Quality Network problem solving process, applying Workplace Organization process, performing daily Timekeeping System updating, using A-3 reporting format, conducting daily meetings, performing weekly safety observation tours, planning daily workloads, supporting colleagues, observing contractual requirements, enforcing shop rules, performing daily SOP audit checks, advancing skills through Individual Development Plan process, and keeping General Supervisor Shop Committee apprised of all pending activities.

Skills : Logistics, warehouse management, inventory, supervision, warehouse management system, wms, safety, supply chain, union experience.

Experience Level : Expert Level

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
