Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance
• Build relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs
• Deliver customized insurance quotes using our modern Farmers systems
• Close sales and hit (or exceed!) monthly goals
• Use social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to generate leads and build your personal brand
• Cross-sell and multi-line policies for bonus opportunities
• Work alongside an experienced team that values performance, integrity, and community
