As the L2.5 Engineer Team Lead, youll blend hands-on technical expertise with people leadership mentoring our Level 1 engineers, managing team performance, and ensuring consistent, top-tier service delivery. Youll be the go-to escalation point while building a cohesive, collaborative team culture that drives client success.

What Youll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the L1 support team, managing performance, PIPs, and career growth
• Build trusted client relationships and serve as a key technical contact
• Manage and troubleshoot diverse IT systems : networks, servers, desktops, phones, cloud services
• Monitor and optimize Azure environments for security, compliance, and cost efficiency
• Use Intune and other tools for endpoint management, patching, and security enforcement
• Handle L1, L2, and some L3 escalations with a focus on Microsoft technologies
• Lead projects that improve client security, collaboration, and operational efficiency
