A major healthcare system in Tacoma, WA is seeking a full-time Hematology / Oncology physician locum for a 6-month assignment , with potential to extend. Position Details :

Location : Tacoma & Gig Harbor, WA

Schedule : 4 days / week - 8am-5pm

Mon, Wed, Thurs at Tacoma location

Friday at Gig Harbor

Tuesdays off

Weekend Call : 1 in 4 rotation (Fri PM Mon AM)

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 6 months with option to extend

Payrate : $480 / hr

$3100 / day for 24-hour call (includes 4 gratis hours)

Holiday Call & Callback Pay additional

What You Can Expect :

Clinic + Inpatient mix (Hospital Outpatient Department)

EMR : Epic

Patients / day :

Outpatient Visit Times :

New : 1 hour

Follow-ups : 20 minutes

No required procedures bone marrow aspiration is optional

Requirements :

BC or BE in Hematology / Oncology

WA State License & DEA

BLS Certified

Clean malpractice history preferred

Must be comfortable managing both hematology and oncology patients
