job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTroubleshooting Diagnostics & Optimization : Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation. Preventive Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements system inspections and performance assessments Controls Integration : Collaborate on integrating HVAC systems with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energy efficiency and performance. Client Engagement : Communicate effectively with clients to assess HVAC needs and provide informed recommendations. Safety & Compliance : Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and complies with relevant regulations. Knowledge of the latest HVAC technologies and trends in the commercial sector. Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions. 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics. Universal EPA OSHA 10 or 30 certification - preferred Leadership experience training and managing Techs and Installers Able to travel 24-50% of the time including some over night. Proficiency in reading HVAC blueprints and technical diagrams. Experience with BAS integration and HVAC control systems is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid HVAC certification / license as required by local regulations.
