VCA Creekside Animal Hospital is seeking a client service representative to join our team.

Hours of operation : Mon - Fri 7 : 30-5 : 30 and Saturdays 7 : 30-11 : 30. 4-4.5 days a week will be the schedule. Rotating Saturdays are required.

Job duties :

• Answer phones.
• Make appointments.
• Review medical information and discuss vaccine info with clients.
• Collect payments.
• Schedule appointments.
• Cleaning.
• Client Education.
• Excellent client service.
• Etc.
