IT ERP Manager

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic ERP Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role is responsible for aligning ERP functionality with business needs, overseeing daily system operations, managing upgrades, and driving process improvements across departments.

Team management :

• Manage ERP team with their daily assignment and tasks – provide them coaching and mentoring as well as manage the performance of the team.
• Engage in daily stand ups and other communications within team.
