This role is essential in shaping and enhancing the student experience, focusing on recruitment, progression, and retention of health sciences students at all degree levels and professional development for health sciences faculty.

Overview of Responsibilities

Leadership and Management :

• Oversee student success initiatives within the School of Health Sciences, including processes related to academic advising, career services, and student engagement.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement comprehensive support systems for students that leads to improved graduation rates and increase success rates on professional licensure exams across disciplines.
