About the Role

We are on the lookout for an innovative Vice President of Clinical Model Performance who will be vital in designing, deploying, and continuously improving our clinical model. This senior leadership role is essential in shaping our clinical strategy and ensuring the delivery of top-notch practices tailored to the needs of the populations we serve.

The ideal candidate will construct evidence-based care programs while prioritizing the unique needs of our communities. Key responsibilities will include :

• Operationalizing groundbreaking solutions and supervising a team of clinical strategy managers.
• Acting as a primary subject matter expert on clinical care model offerings.
• Collaborating closely with the Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and other key stakeholders to guarantee quality and alignment with our mission of providing holistic, community-based care.

To be successful in this role, applicants should hold a Doctorate degree in a relevant field, be currently board certified, and possess at least 3 years of clinical practice experience with complex populations. A strong background in population health management, continuous quality improvement, and experience within a start-up or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
