Nestled on a beautiful, wooded campus in West Roxbury, Deutsches Altenehim is part of Legacy Lifecare-a non-profit, mission driven organization which has been providing innovative care to the elderly and disabled in Massachusetts for over 100 years.

We are looking for a Wellness Nurse who has a desire to be a part of our extended community. The Wellness Nurse works as part of a team and is directly responsible for providing high quality care to our residents while being a constant companion striving to protect, nurture and sustain the residents in a competent, caring and kind manner. In addition to providing high quality care, the Wellness Nurse will be providing limited medication assistance, assessments as well being a liaison with families.

Hours :   Per-Diem, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Qualifications :

• Current LPN or RN License in the state of MA
• Experience working in a geriatric setting.
• Commitment to excellence in caring for our residents.
• Excellent communication skills in relating to family members and other medical professionals.
