Staff Accountant

Title : Staff Accountant

Location : North Phoenix, AZ 85027

Setting : 100% on-site

Salary : $65 - $75K (no bonus)

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our U.S. Finance team. If you enjoy working across multiple locations and diving into the full accounting cycle, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Do :

• Support full-cycle accounting across multiple U.S. locations (TX, AZ, IL), including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Own key parts of the monthly close process-journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Manage general ledger accounts including A / R, A / P, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and working closely with our finance leadership.
• Handle intercompany inventory transactions, including in-transit and "on the water" purchases

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or industrial background is a plus).
• Solid understanding of GAAP and inventory accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and Excel.
• CPA or CMA designation is a bonus-or working toward it!
