Job Title : Product Manager Retail Store Operations
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in retail store operations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the development and delivery of solutions that enhance store efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison between store operations teams and technology teams. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to store systems, workflows, and processes.
- Define and manage the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-impact solutions. Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements for store operations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demos. Drive timely delivery of features and enhancements using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and adoption.
