Lead Business Manager - Operations & Globalization

Overview

As a Business Manager for Operations & Globalization, you will lead a team with a pivotal role in supporting Esris global business functions. You will oversee cloud service operations, contractor support, product lifecycle documentation, and global business processes. You will also coordinate with others on globalization initiatives including Accessibility, Localization, Internationalization, and Nationalization to ensure our products meet the diverse needs of global markets, users, and partners.

Responsibilities

Business Operations :

• Support Product Management, Software Engineering, Solutions, and Global R&D teams across multiple regions
• Oversee cloud account usage and cost analysis, providing strategic recommendations for optimization
• Lead contractor onboarding and separation processes and manage operational support for non-Esri personnel
• Administer and track Non-Esri Partner Program participants and related WBS# allocations and usage
• Manage documentation processes related to product releases and lifecycle updates
• Develop, monitor, and manage Annual Spend Plans in alignment with organizational goals
