We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Director of Hospital Medicine to lead a dynamic inpatient care team in Syracuse, New York. This is a full-time leadership role (day shift, Monday–Friday) focused on excellence, collaboration, and quality patient outcomes, with no weekends or on-call responsibilities.

• Leadership of the Hospital Medicine team
• Oversight of inpatient care, quality, and performance metrics
• Collaboration with administrative and clinical teams
• Epic EMR environment
• Monday–Friday schedule, 40–50 hours per week
• No nights, weekends, or call
