    • What You’ll Do

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported
  • Bring our active learning curriculum to life—while letting kids explore their own ideas
  • Lead playful activities indoors and outdoors (think : movement, dance, ninja, and more!)
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through kindness, creativity, and care
  • Partner with your team to follow all licensing and Sunrays safety standards

    • What We’re Looking For

  • A high school diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR
  • NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC OR
  • Total of 12 credits w / 6 credits in ECE & 6 months child experience OR
  • Associate’s degree in ECE or closely related field (no experience necessary) OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in ECE or closely related field (no experience necessary)

    • AND

  • CPR / First Aid certification
  • AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Someone who can safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day
  • Most importantly : a big heart, positive energy, and a passion for helping kids learn and grow
