We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join the Human Care Ecosystem Team in the US. The Human Care Ecosystem Team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Oura’s partnership integrations, healthcare, and B2B products. The ideal candidate wants to understand our users and listen to their needs, proactively advocates for technical investments, and is passionate about delivering quality code. We strongly value initiative and end-to-end ownership : taking a rough idea, working with others to turn it into a concrete feature or product, deploying it, and monitoring its usage to make sure it solves the intended needs.

What you will do :

• Contribute to experiences that improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of people across the globe and expand Oura’s use cases into new markets through partnerships, healthcare, and B2B initiatives.
• Partner with product managers and designers to deliver accessible, responsive, and user-friendly experiences.
• Take ownership of high-quality solutions from design through production, monitoring, and documentation—while helping shape best practices across the engineering lifecycle.
• Apply strong software engineering expertise to solve ambiguous problems, improve architecture, and enable the platform to scale to new product capabilities.
• Ensure platform compliance with the latest security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively in a globally distributed, diverse team and adapt as Oura evolves and new opportunities arise.

What we offer :

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
