Nurse Practitioner - Spravato & IV Ketamine

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and highly emotionally intelligent PMHNP or FNP to join our team in providing IV Ketamine and Esketamine (Spravato) treatments for patients with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The position is available at our Windsor location so ideally you live in the Santa Rosa area. You are passionate about the intersection of psychedelic medicine and comprehensive mental health care, with experience in administering IV Ketamine and Esketamine treatments. You possess strong skills in patient assessment, monitoring, and care, and are able to collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary care team. Additionally, you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform H&P and intake assessments for new patients to determine appropriateness of Ketamine treatments
• Administer IV Ketamine infusions and Spravato (esketamine) intranasal treatments
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs during treatment sessions
• Adjust treatment protocols based on patient response and needs
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including MDs, CRNAs, RNs, MFTs, Psychedelic Guides, and Integration Coaches
• Provide patient education on ketamine therapy and potential side effects
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Participate in ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives

Our protocols are based on the most current peer-reviewed literature as well as extensive first-hand experience providing thousands of treatments over the past 6 years.
